Health: we can’t do anything without it
As we all know that there is a very old proverb and it is “Health is wealth”. Our health is a huge boon for us. A boon that allows us to spend a beautiful life. We can’t do anything without a good health. Nothing is that much necessary for us except health. We can’t get anything without health. Neither can we be happy nor is there peace nor success. Having bad health, no humans can progress or enjoy life. A rich man of money who is poor in health cannot buy happiness, peace with his money. But by using his money properly, he can improve his deteriorating health. A healthy body is in good physical, emotional, and mental health. It is a secret of a happy and well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. We need to improve our health because without it we can never be successful in our life. Health means the person who does not have any kind of disease, wound or pain in life. It is a resource of everyday life and a positive concept emphasizing physical capabilities. If the child’s health is good, then he/she will be able to study in class properly, and will be able to participate in all the activities. Children’s parents should periodically get their children checked up by medical check- ups . This check up will show what is lacking in children, and what is necessary for their growth, whether their body growth and weight are correct or not. This all are very important just because good health is a matter of great concern, to maintain it, healthy living and a disciplined life is plays a vital role in our life to lead a happy and prosperous life. One of the best ways is to drink plenty of water as it reduces the risk of infections and heart attack, keeps your skin healthy, burns body fat and regulates our body temperature. We need to get a good sleep because it reduces our stress, and relaxes our body. Our diet should be balanced. We should take at least 15 minutes of walk after every meal, this makes our food digest well. Our main motive should be to keep our body clean in order to remain healthy. We should be more and more happy in our life because it reduces our sorrow and troubles. We must laugh more as laughing is a therapy and a secret of good health.
What Is the importance of health in our life ?
Staying health is a very special part of our lifestyle. Living a healthy lifestyle means abstaining from diseases. It is very important to feel good about ourselves and pay attention to our health for our self-conscious and self-image. Maintain a healthy lifestyle by doing what is right for our body.

- Positive attitude
Positive attitude plays a vital role to lead a happy life, it can boost our energy, it enhances our inner beauty , it inspire others, and gives us strength so that we can face difficulties.
- Do regular exercises
We have to do exercise to maintain our diet and to being a healthy one. We should not force ourselves to do intensive workouts in gym, we can stay fit by doing it at home only. We just need to be active. Which we can dance at home, easy floor exercises, walking, skipping or we can also be done by doing household chores. We should do what our body allows us to do. We should do simple exercises but at regular basis. Must do at least 15-20 minutes a day and at least 3-4 times a week. We should make a routine for exercise and follow it daily.
- Take your diet and be confident
We need to eat good food for a healthy life. We should use more fruits and veggies in our food. , high amount of sodium, unhealthy and unwanted fat has to be reduced. We should avoid eating junk foods and so much sweetiez in our diet. We must not skip our meals. For example:- if we do not eat food for one time, we can eat more food at another time, which can spoil our diet plan. But we need to keep in mind that we need to burn more calories than we eat.
- We must do whatever is in our passion
We need to get some time out of this crowded world for ourselves. We must do what we like to do; as we like to dance, we should do it so that we will feel a little better and our exercise will be done along with it.
- We should live among positive peoples
If we stay between positive people then we get positive vibe, we can make ourselves feel happy and energetic. But we will remain among the negative people, only and only negative thoughts and comments and we will start weakening ourselves. We cannot avoid every problems, but together with good people, we can definitely find a solution to it, and do some good planning. There are 2 sides of life, we should always be see the good side. Even if we get into a lot of trouble, we should not be disappointed, we should be patient.
What can happen to us if we don’t stay healthy ?
If are not healthy then our health will deteriorate and we will not be able to live our life properly. The probability to lead an lavish and active life reduces. Poor nutrition leads us to stress. We will feel tired and we will not be able to do any work actively and on time.
Poor nutrition can get us in a lot of trouble like:-
- Being stout and obese
- Too much hair fall
- Bring wrinkles to our skin
- High cholesterol
- Complaint about eating food and much more disorders occurs.
How did we get rid of poor nutrition ?
- We need to take the right amount of carbohydrates, proteins and fats.
- We should add more veggies and fruits to our diet.
- We should take our meals on time.
- We should not skip our daily meal.
- We should take as much as nutritious food as possible.
Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is not that difficult, nor does it require a lot of work and all. We should just follow the daily routine and always keep ourselves, our family and the people around us happy.
